​Biodiversity Lawsuits

​ These falsehoods will lead to new laws in the context of the biodiversity emergency that will restrict the freedom of all of us. To a certain extent, non-native plants are the CO2 of biodiversity. 

​ Then owners of non-native plants will probably become a case for the environmental prosecutor's office:  
 ​ NABU calls for the establishment of environmental prosecutors' offices in the federal states and an obligation to report to the nature conservation authorities for all official processes in which species protection could be affected. 

​ Another demand of NABU: "Public land maintenance and private house and garden design must be mandatory ... be implemented in a way that is close to nature. Enforcement deficiencies in this regard must be reduced and sanctions adjusted accordingly."

​ This is tantamount to a ban on non-native plants.
